Sunday, September 25th
- 6:30AM: Registration & Packet Pickup open at Paepcke Park
- 7:00AM: Event Expo Open at Paepcke Park 7:00AM: All riders encouraged to arrive no later than 7:00AM
- 7:30AM: Top Fundraisers announced
- 7:45AM: Registration & Packet Pickup Close
- 7:45AM: Mandatory Pre-Ride Meeting for all event participants
- 8:00AM: Ride Start time (Wave 1 – Top fundraisers & Lance Armstrong)
- 8:05AM: Wave 2 Start Time (All 50 mile riders)
- 8:10AM: Wave 3 Start Time (All 25 mile riders)
- 10:00AM: Beer Garden Opens at Paepcke Park
NOTE:
- 9:30AM: Cutoff for reaching top of Maroon Creek Rd (50 mile riders)
- 10:40AM: Cutoff for reaching roundabout between Maroon Creek Rd & Castle Creek Rd (50 mile riders)
- 12:10PM: Cutoff for reaching Castle Creek Turnaround (25 and 50 mile riders) 3:00PM: Expo at Paepcke Park Ends

Pre Ride
After you register, visit the friendly staff at the Peach’s Café booth for a freshly brewed cup of joe to give you a jump start before your ride. -
Post Ride
Stick around after the ride to relax in the Aspen Club & Spa massage tent, listen to some music, visit our sponsor booths, win some goodies and enjoy a cold Colorado Native beer!

Parking: For those participants staying in the Aspen area on Saturday night, we recommend riding your bike to Paepcke Park. For those participants driving in on the morning of the ride, street parking on Sundays is free of charge and parking garages are located within walking distance of Paepcke Park. If parking on the street, make sure that you read the posted signs. Also be aware that idling is harmful to the environment in addition to being prohibited in Aspen so make sure that you do not leave your cars running.
Event Safety Rules
- 1. All riders must wear a CPSC, CE or ASTM certified Helmet with chinstrap buckled throughout the duration of the ride.
- 2. All riders must obey the rules of the road and follow all traffic laws at all times.
- 3. Every cyclist must have at least one water bottle or hydration system with them.
- 4. All riders must be at least 14 years of age or older.
- 5. Riders under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a legal guardian.
- 6. All participants must show an ID, sign a waiver, and check-in on the weekend of the ride. Friends or family members will not be able to turn in waivers or check-in on their behalf.
- 7. Riders will be required to reach certain checkpoints within a designated period of time or they will be removed from the course for safety reasons.
- 8. IPods or MP3 players are not allowed on the course.
- 9. Riders must start in assigned waves and will not be allowed to start before or after assigned times.
Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS OF REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
The ride will take place rain or shine. In the event of an ‘Act of God’ or natural disaster that prevents the safe execution of the event, the ride may be cancelled at the event director's discretion. Even in this unlikely circumstance, ride registration fees will not be refunded as the event is 100% non-profit and the bulk of the event production costs will already have been incurred.
